“I have a daughter that just turned 12 and she’s been going to Christina for over a year. When I first brought her for tutoring, my daughter was in 5th grade and struggling with math  and her self esteem was at a real low point.  I needed somebody who could strengthen her weak areas but also be able to work with her on her current homework.  Many places I called have their own curriculum that we would have to follow and wouldn’t help with her homework. They also charge exorbitant fees. Christina’s rates are very reasonable. She comes prepared with lots of learning materials and is very creative, making learning fun and challenging.  She has also helped my daughter with comprehension.  We are very happy with the results my daughter is having in school.  She’s happier, more outgoing and confident in her first year of Jr High. She also made honor roll.  We couldn’t ask for more.   She still struggles with math and comprehension and we will continue with Top Class Tutoring as long as my daughter needs that extra support. Christina came highly recommended from several teachers at my son’s school.  When I spoke to her about my son’s needs and our family schedules I was so pleased how flexible she was and how many options she had to accommodate us and give my son the best experience.  What I was really impressed with was her ability to take the time, study my son and his needs and find the PERFECT match in a tutor from her group with Lucas.  We LOVE Lucas!!   He is very patient with my son and is able to show him different ways of learning key concepts he has been struggling with.  They also have similar special interests so he can speak to him on another level that has also built a friendship and comfort level there.  This is the best part because my son looks forward to seeing Lucas and working with him now!  There are several subjects that I have already seen advances in my son.  I pick him up and he tells me about a cool trick Lucas taught him for Math facts and so on.  Christina really made a wonderful match and I really like that she is there as well and they really work as a team in an environment to help and watch over each other and our children.  I would highly recommend Top Class Tutor to anyone that can give their child this extra learning experience.  5 STARS *****

“My son has been going to Top Class Tutor for about 5 months. Christina Scofield (owner) is not only professional she is very flexible and does her very best to accommodate your schedule.  We have a very tight schedule due to all of my son’s sports.  She managed to fit us in.  My son LOVES Miss Connie.  We stopped for a month over the summer to give him a ‘break’.  He now sees Miss Ashley and likes her very much.  My son LOVES to go to tutoring.  It’s a great feeling when you pick up your child and he said “Oh mom I get it now”………They are super nice.  I am very comfortable leaving my son at Barnes & Noble with the ladies.  Christina is a mom, therefore watches your child like a hawk.  I would highly recommend Top Class Tutor to anyone who feels their child is in need of help.  It is a work in progress. “It takes some children longer than others to learn. Now through ADHD on top of that. My daughter has always had a hard time in school. When she started second grade I realized how far behind she was. So I enrolled her in tutoring. I was hesitant at first, because I felt it was my responsibility to teach my child. But it didn’t take long for me to accept the help. It was so hard for my daughter to concentrate at home what with her 2 little pesky twin siblings always tugging at her shirt. But soon after, meetings with her teacher and some doctors visits later, she was diagnosed with ADHD INATTENTIVE TYPE. Explained so much. And I realized that she does so much better with one on one help. Ms. Connie has been amazing with her through it all. And my daughter loves her.
